Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, location, service interest, project details, communications, approvals and support requests. Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed for security, form operation, diagnostics and basic analytics.
Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe. Atlantique does not ask clients to send complete card information by email, chat or Airtable.
Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, prepare proposals and agreements, deliver and support approved services, process payments, maintain business records, protect our systems and meet legal obligations.
We do not add contact-form enquiries to a promotional mailing list merely because they contacted us. Commercial messages are sent only where we have an appropriate consent or other lawful basis.
Service providers and processing locations
We use service providers for website infrastructure, email, customer records, payments, scheduling, analytics and approved automation. These providers may process information outside Newfoundland and Labrador or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws. We select and configure providers with reasonable care and limit access according to operational need.
Consent and choices
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to our using the supplied details to respond and manage the requested relationship. You may withdraw consent where applicable, subject to legal, contractual and record-keeping requirements. Promotional electronic messages will identify the sender and provide a working way to unsubscribe.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by contacting info@atlantiquesoftwares.ca. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot resolve a concern, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
